I recently decided to downgrade my gate system. More than I wanted the convenience of an automatic gate system I wanted complete control over access. My main concern is keeping my dogs safe and contained at all times. I contacted Ryan about the downgrade and he referred me to JR Grix, the Gate Operations Mgr. JR sent Phillip to my place last week. I was so impressed with Phillip's professionalism. He did a superb job with the uninstall and left my gate and posts looking brand new. So for this unusual customer service request I again received outstanding support from Ryan followed up by excellent customer service from JR and Phillip. Thank you all!!

Last year B&T installed a new gate for me. I received good advice from the owner, Ryan Boyett, regarding the type of gate that would best meet my needs. I have big dogs but I am also raising a service dog and we have lots of puppy company. Notice the lower part of the gate with bars spaced more closely together for puppy-proofing. The gate is beautiful and functions well. I've had a couple of issues with the new gate but they were addressed and resolved quickly. I highly recommend this company.
Update to my 2018 5-Star Review:
In the past year B&T has repaired my storm-damaged corral fencing, replaced 4' wire fencing with 6' wire fencing, rebuilt/replaced my drive-through and walk-through gates and locks, replaced a storm-damaged wood trellis with 6' privacy fencing and built a dog grooming station for me. Between hurricanes, lightning strikes and trespassers, B&T has proven dependable and trust-worthy, my go-to company for routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Owner, Ryan Boyett, came out to my property several times to survey damage and to offer guidance. Joe and Grant devised strategies for peak performance of gate operator systems. Chris and Jeff worked on fencing at my place for most of the month of August 2019. The temperatures were in the triple digits but they showed up for work spit-shined every morning with big smiles and they worked tirelessly all day. They were always considerate and respectful. I love my new fencing and dog grooming area! I will try to upload some before and after photos. Thanks, once again, to everyone at B&T who worked to ensure that my little piece of paradise was once again safe and sound.
It's been years but it was after I watched a late night TV news story about a local animal shelter and I learned that B&T donates materials and personnel to install fencing for homeless dogs that I knew I wanted to do business with them. Sine then B&T has removed old and installed new wire fencing on my property. They have installed a beautiful privacy fence in my backyard. They custom-made and installed hand rails that match my deck. Most recently B&T rebuilt my controlled access system. Soon B&T will be repairing damage to my fencing caused by Hurricane Michael and building an outdoor dog-grooming station for the big pooches. Everyone at B&T with whom I have had dealings has been an example of professionalism. Their pricing is fair and transparent. My thanks to Ryan Boyett and everyone at B&T for their outstanding service.

After 38 years, the wood gates at my home were begging to retire with what little dignity they still had.😔 I called three fencing companies, one of which I had formerly done business with, but B&T Fencing was the only one that responded with the determination to get the job done timely and to my exact specifications. The installers came on time. They called before arriving. Austin and Dillon were very professional. The job was exactly as I anticipated. They cleaned the work site and even asked for a final inspection. Far better than the fence installers that put up the prior fence.
I’m very happy with my new fence. The crew was friendly and professional. During the job they explained what they were doing and politely answered all of my questions. I wasn’t home when they finished the job and was so pleased to see that they had totally cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them!
